For a dog who doesn't like it when other dogs get too hyped up and in her face

Moonpie sure can't control herself around the huskies. Which is why she's not allowed to spend any time near them, even though she's convinced they're her besties, because she gets very hyped up very fast and they are so much bigger than her (she's big for a chihuahua, but not that big) it wouldn't take much for them to accidentally harm her.

But we bumped into them the other day, quite literally, and Moonpie wasted no time whatsoever licking their noses.

Licking their noses! She'd freak if some dog ran into her and then licked her nose while jumping around excitedly.

I dunno, lots of humans aren't self aware enough to recognize this kind of hypocrisy, it might be a bit much philosophy for Moonpie.

I want to defend my dog, but I'm all too aware that she always thought Finn was about to steal her treat even though he never went near her treats (on purpose) and she would snatch his up the second he dropped them.
