I recently was reminded of the existence of Dr. Horrible, and I've come to a sobering realization

that Captain Hammer is, in many ways, nothing more than a more coherent version of Donald Trump.

Perhaps this realization is more alarming than sobering. Do you know, I think I've lost the ability to tell.

It's definitely more alarming that one of the most powerful leaders in the world is the more-cartoonish version of a cartoonish TV supervillain. But yeah, it's hard to tell in this world.
