Normal people don't hide their tampons. Seriously. Oh, they might if they have to share, and there's just not that many... but you're the only one in the house who gets a period. Please. Don't do that again. I don't like staining my pants.

(Which, incidentally, is why I'm wearing JENN'S pants).

Way back when, when I started needing tampons, I kept them (and still do) in a big box under the sink. My sister didn't like looking at the box, so she hid them from me. I remember wandering around the house, wondering where they could be and wondering if I was going to stain my pants. Eventually, they were just in another drawer in the bathroom.
