Supreme Court limits ability to enforce Miranda rights

The police do not need more legal cover for their mistakes and misconduct!

I'm angry about this one too. Trying to be a healthcare or justice chaplain, and if I can't support the defendants towards justice, what am I supposed to do, in good conscience?!?

I'm not going to support a fascist state, I'm too many of the minorities to be squelched and repressed. 💔☹️✡️🔥🤬😡

I admire the pretzel-twisting of the justices to say "falling to inform you of your constitutional rights in a police interaction is not a violation of your constitutional rights, because they're still there, you just have to already know that you can use them."

As if police aren't already going to lie or "forget" about those things and then claim on the stand, in the absence of other witnesses, that of course they did everything properly and constitutionally.
