I'm a completionist, even about this, and now I kinda want to watch all the episodes I've never seen - but 25 seasons is a lot, especially since I was technically too old for it 25 years ago and am *really* outside the intended age range now.

Maybe just a highlights compilation.

Speaking of kid's shows I'm technically outside the age range for, City of Ghosts is really good, and I admire the attention to detail. At one point, they took the time to animate an unnamed background character picking his nose. With choice animation like that, it's almost too much to ask that the storytelling is also good, but it is.

Found and started watching City of Ghosts. It’s a love letter to L.A., of course, as the article noted, but it wasn’t till the second episode I really took in (via the credits) that the “ghosts” are real, very much-alive people being interviewed about their childhoods or teen years and explaining stuff like ‘zines, or the skateboarding culture of the late ‘90s/early oughts. I’m still charmed, but also slightly weirded out that conversation between generations is being portrayed as a kind of seance. Don’t know if this is trying to work around decades of “stranger danger” lectures telling kids that any adult who isn’t a parent or a teacher is automatically to be avoided.
