Pancakes! (That's what my grandma always did with sour milk. Or else cheese strudel.)

I bake bread from it. My aunt baked chocolate cake with it.

We once had that happen regularly. Finally figured out the store where we were getting the milk was storing the milk on the floor in the cooler, instead of on a platform. so that it was getting warmed by the ground heat coming up from the floor above the recommended temperature, and this arriving at our home pre-aged.
