speaking of asperger, this entry in the hip_domestics had asperger's mentioned in the comments, so I thought of you since you've posted articles/links about it before. the OP's situation made me really mad and sad at the same time, but I have no advice to add to what's already been suggested since I don't know all that much on it, but perhaps you might know more about what she could possibly do. :\

Years ago I read something about raw foodists, and it was pretty interesting. The article I read covered everything from raw veggie/fruit eaters to people that ate mostly raw meat (including roadkill!), but I don't think I could do it - I'd have a hard enough time going vegan, but to miss out on breads and fresh-out-of-the-oven cookies and all that stuff would make me one sad person! :P
