This kind of made me cringe. I had to take a Food Safety and Sanitation course and test on it when I was an assistant manager at a fast food restaurant, and the kind of stuff that crawls around in foods kept between 40-140°F is frightening.
I think it'd really have to boost the immune system A LOT to fight off the E.coli, botulism, salmonella, etc. *shudder* Raw vegetable, sure...but raw meat? Nuh uh.
