I think that there should be a definite upgrade in the ability to dispense holy water. Priests and monsignors can use squirt guns or maybe lob water balloons. Bishops, archbishops, and cardinals can use Super Soakers. Pope Francis has a fire hose, and the plaza in front in St. Peter's can emulate hotels in Las Vegas and have misters installed.

Thank you for the squirt gun link. I'd seen the picture and wondered what kind of priest (Anglican? Orthodox? Catholic?) he was and where in the world he was, and this solved that for me.
