I like these!

But I don't like the series nearly enough to get a whole second set just for the covers. It's very heteronormative, and everybody gets paired up very neatly, very fast. Still, it's fun enough. The covers are very tempting.

it would have been a physical relief to read one of the characters saying, "I think I'm polyam/ sixteen and thinking I want to explore my options/ actually more into the horny robot lady, thanks."

You can say that again, probably a dozen times.
