There's a site out there where you can request trees be planted? Oooooh, says I! where is this?

It's for street trees in NYC. Maybe where you are has something similar?

So, engaging people on difficult topics is more effective than spouting info at them. Who knew? (It's good to see actual research, though, and here's hoping we get more of that.) (Also, what if people use this to try to turn people to bigoted positions? Hmm.)
