purimgifts is an anonymous multifandom pod/fic and graphics gift exchange celebrating the Jewish festival of Purim (non-Jewish participants - and mods - invited!), running January through March. You can find out more about the exchange here.

Description
* Answering prospective and participant information-seeking emails during signups week
* Handling requests for extensions
* Handling the search for and assignment of pinch hitters (Please read our rules - this is complicated business in Purimgifts!)
* Providing basic technical support for participants, primarily help with image hosting
* Interfacing with the back-office mod and the other front-desk mod

Requirements
* Excellent text-based communication skills
* Facility with gDrive, particularly spreadsheets
* Fannish familiarity

Preferences
* Purimgifts participant at least 1 time
* Experience modding an exchange, or
* Administrative experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (Fannish or non-fannish)
