I'm assuming Conuly got the card, not the full passport book. (Among other things, it's smaller, and significantly cheaper.)

Nope, that's it. All I wanted was enough points of identification that I can get a state ID, and you don't need the book for that.

As julian surmised, I got the card. I don't plan on going anywhere, I just needed an ID, so the card made more sense.
