I've, not inured, but I can no longer manage surprise at turning on the radio and learn of yet another shooting while I slept.

El Paso in a single shooting has overaged their annual average of homicides. We'll probably gain a better sense of modern Ohio in the coming days.

Or live in one where when there was a mass murder -- they automatically outlawed assault weapons...such as Australia and Britain.
