God I feel sick

Tired and nauseous, mostly. And the thing about the nausea, I know it's because I haven't eaten - but do you have any idea how hard it is to convince yourself to eat when you feel sick? *sighs*

I hate the times when I think to myself, "I must be feeling sick because I'm hungry," and then I eat, and then it turns out that no, I really did have the flu.

Is "nauseous" or "nauseated" the proper term? Some people get irritable over the wrong one. One of my best friends always used to correct me.. and I still can't remember the right one.

If you're nauseous, you make other people sick; if you're nauseated, you're sick. My ex always used to correct me on that one - I usually informed him he was right: I wasn't nauseous, he was...
