ARGH SO FRUSTRATING
Mar. 20th, 2018 12:56 amAs you might recall, Jenn's office pooled their money to get Christmas gifts for poor kids in December. They do this every year, and it's supposed to be an individual thing but she arranged for them to give her the money and me to do the present picking out.
Anyway, fast forward to a few months later and a few of their spouses looked over the credit card receipts, said why the hell do we have a $300 charge I don't recognize to reload somebody's Amazon balance that I don't know them, and disputed the charges.
Which means Amazon froze my account.
This is all perfectly reasonable, and I'm not mad, but boy it's sure frustrating. It's all sorted out now and we can all get back into our Kindles but sheesh. Oh, well, it could be worse - it could've kept us from getting those presents to the kids.
