conuly1. Wow, Lorca is a raging megalomaniac. Not surprising, really.
2. Interesting to see that Mirror!Stamets dislikes this Lorca as much as our Stamets does.
3. That bioweapon is horrific. Egads.
4. Oh, you finally figured out all the manipulation, Michael! Thank goodness. I thought we'd have to draw you a diagram.
5. I've so missed having regular log updates.
6. "How can a people be so shortsighted?" Probably in the same way that good writers can make really, really clunky dialog the second they try to impart a moral lesson.
7. If Lorca is Trump, does that mean the Emperor is Pence? Just as evil, slightly less prone to monologuing?
8. Stamets, you don't need to spell out how you got to the Mirrorverse. The viewers figured it out during the hiatus.
9. At least nobody on this show is afraid to set up big stakes.

11. Yo, Lorca, telling Michael she's blinded by her emotions has got to be, like, at least 50% more irritating and offensive than saying that to most of us. He is so skeevy and gross.

12b. I feel like L'Rell and Lorca have a lot in common. Maybe they should be roomies.
13. If Michael's gifts surpass her counterpart's, it's due to her Vulcan upbringing, Lorca.

15. Do people in the Mirrorverse really spend a lot of time reflecting on the hollowness of victory? It doesn't seem in character.
16. Is Lorca really going to be taken in by the exact same ploy they used to get onto this ship?

21. My usual response to fight scenes is yawns, but I'm still watching this one. What fun!
22. Random thought that just randomly came to me: does the Prime Directive apply to alternate universes?

25. It's not the Rebootverse, of that I am oddly certain. But...yeah, we're getting into unchartered territories here, and the map might only pop up later.
