Journal-reviewing comms don't count as review communties mihi because they base their reviews off of semi-useful things like how well you write instead of how well you adhere to an artificial and absurd standard of beauty. No offense, but I don't get why anyone would want to do this.
In my opinion, a journal is something that's personal that you keep, and there is absolutely no need to impress anyone.
