Who has been writing a fanfic involving Neville. Which I suppose means that my only saving grace now is that I don't write the stuff. *sigh*

Anyway, one paragraph runs like this:

For such good friends, they could be awfully volatile, and he only prayed they never learned about the betting pool Dean and Seamus ran at the start of every school term on when the first fight would start, who would split off from whom, and how long it would last. Maybe he should tip then off with his own prediction: less than one week for Harry to get into a row with Hermione and Ron.

I want in on this action. I've got a galleon down for Hermione (finally) punching Ron next book, just for being stupid. Anyone else?

Nah, Hermione isn't the violent type. You're confusing her with punching movie!Hermione. ;-) Okay, I think she did slap Draco in the book too, but then he's a complete bastard. I can't see her treating her friends like that.
