Basically, nothing. My support answers are still screened, and I can't unscreen other people's answers. The only real change is that I can see other people's screened answers. I can also make internal comments, but that's nothing I feel the need to use.
Ah, okay. That's still pretty interesting though, and interesting to see there are all these things that go along with being in LJ Support. I really had no idea because I never venture into Support; I get all I need from the status page and the FAQs.

Nah, I try not to be mean to the people in my own journal. And, in fact, most things CAN be found in the FAQs, as I've said before. Some things can't, and some things are hidden in obscure categories, but most things are in plain site, in the FAQs.
