No, they wouldn't, so a more practical answer is "marry a citizen" - preferably one with money and a job, but hey, any port in a storm, right?
A still more practical answer is to accept the fact that you're a citizen of the USA, and unlike the hordes of refugees miserably wandering the planet, you have a home and a homeland. Donald Trump sucks hairy orc dicks, I agree, but he will only be President for four years, and there is a lot we can do in that time, IF we actually get our butts in gear to do it.
President for 8 years most likely, and a supreme court appointment is for life. Fuuuuuuck. (I can only hope Thomas is the only guy to die/retire in the next four to eight years. Even Trump can't find a justice worse than him, I'm sure.)
If Trump wins a second term, it'll be because the liberals and progressives spend the next four years sitting on their thumbs instead of getting organized.
Election reform is a matter for the states, not for the Federal government. Oregon, Washington and Colorado have 100% mail-in voting - no poll lines, no voting machines - other states could have that too, if enough voters pushed for it. Ditto for the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Popular_Vote_Interstate_Compact).
Here's hoping all the Supreme Court Justices live through 2020 - especially Ruth Bader Ginsberg. Poor lady, what a disappointing night it must have been for her.
