sadly, I've never been so lucky as to ever see any incidents. Well I saw down a roommates shirt once, but that's about all the voyerism I've ever seen.
Someone on LJ once commented that living across from the NYU dorms provides for some very interesting sites. Once I get a better paying job, I know where I'm moving :P
