Feed that child multi-mineral complex; growing that fast she probably needs all the minerals. Whey protein would probably help too. Smoothies for breakfast, eh? Milk, yogurt, honey, whey protein, frozen berries and a scoop of vitamin powder (http://all-one.com/) every morning ought to fix the girlies up, whatever else they eat or don't eat.

I remember when my brother was growing so fast it was practically visible, he would drink a whole quart of milk like it was a glass of milk. He went through two full sizes of shoes between June and September one year.
