Eva asked me if I knew it was election day, and then who I was going to vote for. She was surprised when I said I was going to do the same thing I did last year, and, indeed, most years, and just vote straight Democrat and not worry about it. "You can do that? Even if you don't know who they are?"

Pretty much. I could be bothered to care more specifically, but in the end my choice tends to be the same.
