This is great, and I'm glad it's happening, but it gives me a hideous premonition. It's the sort of thing I expected him to do after the 2016 election, when he was a lame duck. Him doing that now, just as it came out that he was directly getting dirty data from the NSA... does he know that something impeachable is going to come out shortly? Is he doing this now because he doesn't expect to last out his term?
