I got to work only to find I'd left my lunch behind

and all I had with me was a tube of cinnamon rolls for the morning.

Welp, okay. I can order tacos. Spicy tacos! And when I sat down to eat them, the very first bite hit me with a hiccup at an inopportune moment and I do not know what happened, exactly, but it felt like I asphyxiated a whole damn pepper, seeds out. Cue twenty minutes of coughing up a lung and retching before I was able to sit down again. I saw myself in the mirror, my face was so red it looked like I was about to collapse, and my little lungs too.

On the plus side, when I sat down, my body cooperated with me. No more hiccups, I could eat in peace!
