They were pretty good, although the timing needs work. But that's usual for a newer cook working with a less-familiar recipe, and about what we all expect. The more you cook, the easier it is.
And on that note, we are now very nearly through with the 50 pounds of flour I bought. Egads. Well, flour is back in stock (yay) so that's cool.
