Okay, what the hell did Moonpie eat!?

She's thrown up three times in the past two days, the vomit is these large white flakes of... something, looks, idk, like fried egg whites maybe?, and her poop was really pale the last time I took her out.

Her behavior is normal, but if she throws up again or if her poop doesn't look okay next time she goes, I'm calling the vet. I actually took a photo of this last bout of vomit because it's so weird looking and for the life of me I can't figure out what is in it.

Oh, you know what? This is a new bag of chewy bones.

She hasn't had trouble with them before, but maybe they changed the formulation or something?

That'll be easy to check. Don't give her any chewies until she's done vomiting for a few days, then give her one and see what happens.

I've posted before about our dog Finn's separation anxiety, which has slowly improved over the past three years we've had him. How much of this is due to him being a poodle vs. him being neglected by his previous owners? Hard to say, but it was a moment of celebration when we first were able to leave him alone in a room without immediately coming back in to calm him down.

He's recently become *even more chill*, and now will sometimes be on the bed with us without having to be snuggled directly under our arms. This could be because he's finally, finally, finally realizing that he is an independent dog and doesn't need constant physical contact to be happy - or it could be that, for the past several months, his humans have shaped up and stopped inexplicably leaving the house on dogless errands.

Could be both.
