LOL

Apparently, at least one apartment complex is now asking dog owners within the complex to register their dog's genetic information. This way, if they fail to clean up after the dog, the complex can identify who the bad egg is and fine them.

I guess it makes sense, actually, but it just sounds so funny (not to mention costly, but I guess that'd be covered in the cost of the fine?)
