So, after the poll was posted, I went and made some guacamole

With avocados, and lime juice, and lemon juice (we didn't have enough limes), and tomatoes, and OLIVE OIL, and garlic, and onion, and one single tiny hot pepper from our garden. Oh, and pepper and salt, of course.

WHEN AM I GOING TO LEARN? WHEN????

After cutting a hot pepper, I have *got* to learn to wash my hands!

Ow, ow, ow, ow, OW!

The guac was good, though. My sister called it "the best ever"... but then, she's one of the 3 who voted to use olive oil, so she's hardly unbiased :)

Well, we've got the word from the man himself

Boy, you kill someone, everyone makes a fuss! Yet I still feel differently about this than what I've done before. It's a tragedy, classically structured. Usually death is meaningless and arbitrary in my work, to reflect life, but this is the old brew. And yes, I have issues. This will come up again, I'm sure.

Issues is putting it mildly.
