So, why is it that Yoshi isn't allowed in castles and ghost houses?

Hasn't he been house-broken yet?

And why don't the red and blue boxes do anything? At the very least, red could always give you a flower. Maybe blue could... um... give you a few extra seconds?

And is it just me, or does Mario World not have goombas? I miss my little walking mushrooms!

On that note, in the first Mario game, weren't the inhabitants of the Mushroom Kingdom turned into bricks and monsters? So doesn't that mean that Mario was killing off Princess Toadstool's subjects?

And why did they change her name to Peach?

And who, exactly, is the mom of Bowser's kids? Wouldn't she object to Bowser's attempts at an interspecies relationship?

And why are Bowser's kids so spoiled? Castles, flying ships, magic wands, minions.... Seriously, isn't he worried that they'll try to off him with all this equipment?

Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one who does. It was only the next year when Oklahoma City happened, and people... forgot. They forgot more after 9/11.

My dad barely talked on the way home from school. I didn't know what was going on, but I knew something was wrong. We drove around a lot (we were already on Staten Island at this time) and found a cheap gift shop, where I bought the ugliest panda/cat figurine. Still have it.

Apparently, my mom was going to meet up with him for lunch at the WTC. But they didn't. And afterwards they put up those god-awful ugly concrete planters everywhere. Like that'd disguise the fact that they were a wall to keep cars away. Didn't do any good, did it?
