*stares at all the poor, unfortunate, lox-hating people*
I'd weep for them, but then they might start eating lox and leaving less for me!
Edit: Incidentally, fun fact, the lox you're likely to buy in the supermarket (smoked salmon) isn't, technically speaking, lox. Lox is salmon cured in a salt brine. Smoked salmon is just, well, smoked salmon. It's still yummy, though.

customers_suck. The funny posts are funny, but the dreck is... bad.
Let me get this straight: This guy is ignorant, and doesn't know what a la carte means. He also mispronounces it, which is understandable because he's clearly not familiar with the term. When the server figures out what the problem is and explains what it means, he politely says "okay, I guess I'll have the chili".
And this makes him an inbred sucky customer? And it's appropriate to make fun of him for this?
Maybe I'm missing something. Like the part where being an adult meant acting like an adult, perhaps I was confused as to what that means.
Edit: On the other hand, if I didn't read it, where would I get my righteous indignation from?

THE TUITION HAS BEEN PAID!
Feb. 17th, 2005 09:53 pmGot all my classes (yay), and paid the tuition. Now I just need to drop by the financial aid office to ask wtf is up with it. Is there a glitch, or am I just not getting my money until the end of the month?
Oh, and I need to write 4 essays (one of which is from last term), study for a test, harass last term's psych professor, and catch up on my women's studies readings. Gah. It's too early in the term for me to be this far behind!
