I need something new to read. So, I'm open for suggestions. Go ahead, list favorite/least favorite books. Please. I have very little in this house to read that I haven't read yet that isn't in Latin.

Dr. Zizmor is in trouble!
For those of you who don't live in the city, let me explain. Dr. Zizmor is an unattractive man (though he looks MUCH better now that he's had his nose job... he used to look like a pig, now he just looks bad) who runs ads in the subways with his picture, a completely messed up rainbow, and something about his "skin care" practice. Lately, since about 2003 his ads have included a picture of his wife (wearing a hat that covers half her face) and a comment about how New Yorkers are so "brave". He's only about two years late. Mocking his ads is a fun pastime for the very bored.

So, because I'm dying of boredom here... Does anybody have any causes they wanna pimp out to me? I know I've posted enough lately that it shouldn't slip by youse guys that *I* have a cause (not yet a Cause, thank the appropriate deity or lack thereof) and in the interest of fairness and education, I'd like to read what other people get upset about. Yeah. Something like that. Did I mention I'm bored?

Yes, there are some lack of "equiptment to learn" but that doesn't mean that you can't fake it. That's what a lot of therapy is for autistic kids: teaching them to fake it. And even if it isn't really there, at least they get approval from society for more normalized behavior, and quite frankly getting less ridicule would make anyone happier, unless you're a glutton for punishment.
WTF? If I go up to somebody and punch them because I don't like them, that's not their fault, it's mine. If I get raped, it's not because of how I dressed or where I was, it's because somebody out there wanted to commit a crime. But when I get ridiculed for being different, then it's all my fault, and the aggressor gets off scot-free because *I* should change. Of course.
*rolls her eyes loudly*
And no, I don't want to hear that it's harder to get bullies from being so stupid, I don't fucking care. The only behaviour I am responsible for is my own. Only very young and stupid children can honestly say they don't know better than to pick on others.

And you have six different, but similar things to say (oh, let's just call them book reviews because that's what I'm talking about). And you want to say these six things in each community.
Do you post each of the six things in a separate post, and then crosspost, thus spamming MY friends page with 18 book reviews?
Or do you, perhaps, have a little sense and combine all the reviews into ONE post, so that I only have to scroll past three such entries?
