While waylaid Native Americans may have arrived in Europe a few thousand years ago, Martians could've done the same thing, and there's about no evidence of either.

Unless the 'Sarmatians' mentioned in all those texts were actually Martians, because that would explain so much, and names that kinda sound alike are all more-or-less interchangeable anyway. Also it makes more sense, because there's a lot of mountains between Europe and central Asia, which would be hard to cross, whereas it's a totally straight, unobstructed shot from Mars to Europe, as the Book of Mormon confirms.
