I've learned a few things over the past day.

Mostly that, apparently, there do exist moments in places that aren't "in time". Will wonders never cease. People who don't know that (and I'm a little arrogant, perhaps, but I'm still going to assume that if I didn't know it most people using that phrase don't either) aren't necessarily off the hook. I still find it very annoying, even if it can be justified on multiple fronts (some of which have nothing to do with the existence of other definitions of the word moment).

I've also learned that there are people who study the effects of music on monkeys.

I'm sure they did it only so that newspapers could make the obvious pun in their headlines.
