There are people who will tell you that you can't train a cat.

These people are wrong. It takes very little time and effort to teach a cat to come when called, even if you don't use food treats. Using that, it was very easy to teach Callie how to play fetch. She already enjoyed carrying her toys around, and it didn't take too many lessons to convince her that the best thing to do was to bring them to me so I can throw them again. It's really freaking adorable.

But now I'm bored. What else should I teach the cats?

"Roll over" and "play dead" are classics.

Have you considered toilet training? For most cats, it takes a while (though I know of 2 who learned it spontaneously), but it's worth it if you hate cleaning litterboxes. Not something you can show off for company, though.

Training cats is super easy! My Terri Anne (6 years old now, holy crap) responds verbally to her name, no matter where she is - as long as she can hear me. This helped immensely the other day when she'd gotten out. I eventually tracked her down to a humane wire traps 2 yards away where she ended up in her search for water.

I've also trained my cats (6 in total, all females) to allow bathing, one of them plays fetch, one is so attached to the Red Bug that she can been several rooms away and here that click and will immediately be at your feet.

Note: Training cats to like - or even tolerate - the dogs? Not quite as easy.
