I'm completely disgusted. Even the second story (which was presumably told to the judge) is bad, because that would mean she isn't watching her daughter at all. People like this need to be dropped into the middle of the ocean and told to doggypaddle home.

I'm embarrassed to live in the same state as them, first off. Sadly I'm not surprised; I can guess which part of Omaha they live in, and it's not the good part. :(
