Ana had THREE nebulizer treatments and ONE x-ray (which came back clean - whew!) and she's STILL wheezing. I wasn't prepared to be there that long, so we had NO books and NO snack food and NO game. Bad Connie!

We got home well past 7, so I definitely did NOT make dinner. Per the nieces' request, we had McDonald's. Whatever.

I snapped at the poor receptionist at McDonald's over the propriety of labeling toys for "boys" or "girls" (it's just wrong) and she snapped back at me. After I apologized (did I mention the four hours at the doctor's office?) she apologized too - she'd just had a really difficult customer. Poor mutual us!

Ana got a prescription for Prednisone, but the pharmacy was closed by the time I had a chance to go out there. I'll have to get it in the morning and walk it over so she can take it in the school office, because the earliest we can get it is 10 AM.

AND THERE ISN'T EVEN A NEW EPISODE OF CASTLE ON TV TONIGHT. How unfair!

Oh, I remember when my little brother had to do nebulizer treatments when he was a little kid. He didn't like them at all! We got him to do it by getting him to pretend he was a train.

I don't like the labeling of boys and girls toys either. Since you say the toys are Star Wars toys, it makes me think of the story about the little girl Star Wars fan. And boys can like "girls" toys too! It's frustrating. :/
