Apparently there's this new law in Florida that you have to be registered to register people to vote

Yeah, I'm as disturbed by that idea as anybody else.

In other news, the Republican primaries seem to be terrifying.

Everything is scary, really.

Sometimes I really have no idea what on earth is going on in this country, and I don't like that at all.

If it's any consolation, Ron Paul won the straw poll for Ohio (his stance on the abortion issue is "let the states decide," which, among conservative candidates, is far better than the rest of them).

Oh, and Santorum scares the hell out of me. If he wins, I'm leaving the country. Love kids, love my son, but I also love my Mirena.
