People, the LJ-Cut is your friend.

If you're posting an image, it's really your friend, especially if it's a large image. Some of us (me) only have screens set to 800x600 resolution and really hate having to scroll left and right to read our friends pages. Others (not me, thankfully) have really slow dialup connections and hate having to wait 20 minutes for the page to load.

The FAQ explains very nicely how to make an lj-cut and even put cute text in the cut. Please, please, please, if you're posting an image, especially if it's an unimportant image such as a quiz, just cut it. Okay?

And if you think this means you, it does. If you think it doesn't mean you, it does.

You didn't include that any and all song lyrics must be behind cuts or else I'll stab them.

Oh, those are annoying, but not nearly as bad as PICTURES.

I know what you mean. My setting are the same (unfortunatly I can't get better resolution...gr) and my internet isn't that slow. I tend to get hefty on text when I ramble though...eh.
But indeed, large images, and quizzes, and as Joey (Hey...I found Joey)mentioned lyrics as well.
On the upper side, China isn't very happy with something so almost all the images are broken anyways. I can't even post my own personal images from www.photobucket.com....yay
