I wanted to make onion kulcha, which I'm massively craving and haven't made before. All the recipes call for 3 cups of flour. I'm dubious... will that make, like, six or seven servings? I only want three.

If the yogurt is sour enough, a couple of hours is enough to ferment it. Enjoy the kulchas!
