The wealth chart makes me think of that passage in The Screwtape Letters about the best demons being the ones who get people to decry the vice they have the least of and encourage the virtues that are already in vicious excess, cranking up the fire hose to put out a flood in the basement or some such. If only there were a quick way to show that "wealth redistribution" is not only not a dirty word, but the necessary maintenance work for a modern nation state...
