The description I got from [Unknown site tag] runs as follows: it's footage and audio of a u.s. helicopter blowing away a bunch of people in iraq who didn't do anything, including two reuters newsmen and a good samaritan (with kids in his car) who stopped to try to take the wounded to a hospital. the military later lied about what happened. of course.
