Apparently, there's a website out there (which claims to "support" transsexual/transgendered people) asking for people to take photos of strangers so they can be publically outed without their knowledge or consent.

Aside from the massive levels of not-cool about this very concept, as the link I posted makes clear this can endanger some people's lives.

Please, click the link, email the website in protest, and spread the word.

The good news is: as of now, both the blog and the website have been taken down/404'd, although their twitter is still up and running, and the owners seem to be trying to get high-profile gay bloggers (such as Perez Hilton) to support them.

My guess is, they won't get a whole lot of support.
