You can't selectively ban gay students from bathrooms. Period. No, not even if kids kiss in there. Sheesh! (Frankly, I object to schools limiting restroom use to begin with, it always seems power controlly, but that's beside the point.)

I always appreciated the teachers who kept the bathroom pass sitting right near the door and told students to just get up and grab it and go if they needed to use the restroom. Much less disruptive and much less of an issue if you really needed to use the bathroom.
