Hey, it's Open Beta time!

I had five codes. One I gave away to somebody who asked last time I had codes here on LJ. Three I gave away to folks on TBW. So I have one left over... but I accidentally sent two to the same person! D'oh! I'll wait to see which one she uses before deciding what I want to do with that last one.

Now that Dreamwidth is in open beta I'm going to get to something I've been putting off: Figuring out my circle. This involves a few steps, not least of which is figuring out who everybody is. I know some of you are trying to get those usernames you *really* wanted :) This is also accompanying a, for lack of a better term, FList trimming, both access and reading wise. I really have too many people to keep track of as it is, spreading that to two different platforms (with, no doubt, slightly different constellations on each one) is just gonna be frustrating.

Do me a favor. If you're planning on mostly using LJ (or mostly using DW... Dw?), tell me here. Or if you're going to crosspost everything to both of them, no point in reading all your entries *twice*, right?

My friend Gamine here on LJ sent my code last night, so I have my account over there. For now, it will mainly be cross-posting, until I know whether or not I'll have the same group of friends or what. I may end up using it as my "more personal" journal than I do this one, I am not entirely sure yet. Same name, of course. How could I ever give up the account name you managed to snag perfectly for me here? :D

I've gotten around to Dreamwidth. I'm primarily going to x-post initially, but I'll see how I feel when my paid LJ account expires. Accordingly, I shall (if you don't object) subscribe there, but not "grant access" if you're going to read me here anyway
