The family members who raped a disabled girl, in Korea, have been given a suspended sentence. Why? Because prison would be a hardship and, apparently, they need to be out to take care of her

I have no idea what to write about the issue, but you can bet when I figure it out it's going straight in an email to the appropriate parties, as suggested in the link.
