Never Let The Cops Into Your House Without A Warrant.

(Hint: After 50 minutes of talk, the advice can be boiled down to five words - Never Talk To The Cops)

So, next time there's a crime committed in your vicinity (or you commit a crime), save yourself a few thousand dollars in legal fees and just start not talking to the police from the start.

This of course, leads to police not getting any assistance from the public in solving crimes, and then people blaming the police for not solving crimes. You know, the whole neighborhood saw the shooting, but nobody's talking.

Well, if you saw John down the block shoot that nice old lady, you can always call in an anonymous tip. Or bring your lawyer so that when you say "Yup, it was that dude" your lawyer can shut you up before you go on and say something stupid.

Plus, around here, chances are better than even that the cops will just come into your house anyway, and then you can get yourself a nice chunk of change by suing the city in federal court ...
