I take Estelle minus the placebos for 3 or 4 strips depending on if I get premenstrual symptoms and then I have a week off and get my period. I'm thinking about extending it to 5 strips - as far as I know the only problem with that is the increased likelihood of breakthrough bleeding. It's not like the volume goes up and up and up the longer you delay your period, in fact my periods are lighter than they've ever been. I've been doing this for the last 18 years (apart from when I had my children who are now 4 and 2) and it didn't affect my fertility, my GP has no problem with it and thinks that more women should do this. FUCK periods. They're a nuisance and they cost money.
