It is 12:48

And my room is shaking.

I would suggest that every member of my household, upon reading this on Mother's Day or the day after, stop and think, think carefully about what they were doing at 12:48 in the morning Sunday.

Because the next time it happens, somebody is going to die.

I need my sleep, guys.

Edit: My mom's room was shaking too. She sent me upstairs to, uh, stop the shaking.

I've still got the giggles.

that reminded me of a story... i was home from college on a break (so i was 20? it was the summer i met daniel). in the middle of the night, a helium balloon got tangled in the office ceiling fan. as the fan beat the balloon to a pulp, it made a loud banging noise. my mom and i rushed in there. she freed the balloon and i stood there half asleep and told her i was out in the hall looking for new friends. she laughed at me and sent me back to bed. middle of the night encounters are often weird.

so... what was the shaking? do you get earthquakes there?

Long story *very* short, Jenn and 'dul were having a good time.

And shaking the whole house while they were at it.

Today at breakfast, with everybody laughing over it, they laughed too and I'm pretty confident that the shaking will never happen again.

(I mean, I'm glad they're having fun, but I have enough trouble watching two kids with no sleep!)
